RETURN / REFUND POLICY
1. Case 1: If the Courier/Parcel is Not Delivered or Lost in Postal System: In such cases, we will either refund you 100% including shipping charges or send you replacement. Refund or replacement shall be processed on the 30th day from the date of dispatch of your transaction.
2. Case 2: If the Customer Received Wrong/Damage Products/Parcel: In that cases, One should strictly follow the below Unboxing rules - Read carefully.
1. If box delivered by courier is DAMAGED, take video of accepting damaged box with full coverage and pointing box damage.
2. Unboxing video should start with a) all 4 sides view b) then top & bottom view c) then full unboxing. It must be single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
3. Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover opening of package.
4. Close up of unboxing video not accepted.
5. After unboxing, product to be opened and damage to be clearly shown in video.
6. Video to be submitted within 24 hours.
7. Small marks & scratches not considered as damage.
8. If any breakage we will refund only for number of pcs Broken after viewing 360 degree opening video (shiping charges Will not be refunded).
9. if wrong product is delivered, you will have to return the product to us with original packing, after receiving the product, we will initiate refund in 7 working days.
3. Case 3: If there is any issue with product quality: In such cases, you would have to contact us on email or call or whatsapp within 3 days, if your case seems to be genuine, we will exchange or take return of product (In Both cases one side shipping charges has to be bear by the customer). while Returning the product the product should be in original packaging. we will initiate refund/replacement after receiving the product. The Refund process will take around 7 working days.
